All Red Deer Venison, Ostrich meats and Elk Venison are USDA inspected. The animals are raised on pasture without the use of hormones or antibiotics. The health benefits of the Venison and Ostrich Meat are similar to that of Buffalo meat. It is extemely low in fat, cholesterol, and calories but most importantly tastes great.

Red Deer and Elk Venison

We work with several small deer and elk farms in the local area to provide you with the best venison possible. We support local farmers who choose to raise their animals the right way. The venison we offer is much less "gamey" than the hunted version and is in fact quite mild and delicious.

Ostrich

Our ostrich come from a farm based out of Massachusettes. The ostrich are free range and antibiotic free. They are an exclusive diet of fresh grown, all natural ingredients to ensure the highest quality meat. Ostrich meat is an extremely lean, flavorful, and tender red meat that is lower in fat, calories and cholesterol than chicken or turkey.
