We are constantly striving to offer consumers, like yourselves, the best buffalo products available. All of our buffalo meat is USDA inspected, carefully packaged, and vacuum sealed to maintain the integrity of the meat. Our buffalo meat contains NO growth hormones, NO stimulants, and NO antibiotics.
As Many of you probably know, buffalo meat is one of the healthiest meats available. Buffalo is higher in protein and iron, lower in fat, cholesterol, and calories than beef, chicken, and most kinds of fish.
Buffalo meat is naturally flavorful, extremely tender, and savory-sweet. You can leave the steak knife and steak sauce in the kitchen and bring out the butter knife to slice through any of our tender steaks. The meat is so naturally juicy steak sauce will tend to mask the true taste of the meat.

They are raised to 20-24 months of age for desired tenderness. The meat is then cut and trimmed to perfection, placed in vacuum package to seal in the freshness, then flash frozen to preserve the taste.

Yankee Farmer's Market ships Monday through Thursday via UPS and the US Parcel Service. The packages are packed with extreme care. The shipping process starts with placing any perishable items in a cooler with a refrigerant, which is then sealed and boxed. Shipping is not included in the price of the product.
